**Terms and Conditions**

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) outline the provision of appliance repair services operating as “Appliances Repair Florida” (“we,” “us,” or “our”), to you, the customer (“you” or “customer”). By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this Agreement before allowing our technician to commence work. Permitting our technician to begin service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.

**1. INTRODUCTION**

These terms and conditions govern the provision of appliance repair services by Appliances Repair Florida to the customer. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

**2. APPOINTMENTS**

We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. In the event of a delay, we will contact you promptly. If rescheduling is necessary, we will coordinate with you accordingly.

**3. SERVICE CALL FEE**

A service call fee is applicable for each home visit, even if the repair is not completed. The fee covers travel time and analysis of the problem. It is non-refundable, but waived if you proceed with the repair after receiving our quote. Additional fees may apply for diagnosing multiple appliances at the same location.

**4. ESTIMATES**

We provide a detailed estimate, covering parts and labor, before commencing any work. Updated estimates will be provided for additional problems discovered during the repair.

**5. APPROVAL OF REPAIR**

Your approval is required before any work begins. If you decline the repair estimate, you are responsible for the service call fee.

**6. COMPLETED REPAIR**

Payment in full signifies completion and satisfaction. No refunds are issued for completed or ongoing repairs.

**7. LIABILITY RELEASE**

By using our services, you release Appliances Repair Florida, its owners, employees, and technicians from any liability arising from damages resulting from the appliance repair.

**8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ensure someone 18 or older is present during service. Have a valid payment method available. Provide easy access to the appliance. No smoking near the technician.

**9. PAYMENT**

Full payment is due upon job completion. Late payments incur monthly interest. Collection expenses, including attorneys’ fees, are your responsibility.

**10. INSTALLATION CHARGE**

Installation covers appliance removal/installation, excluding system modifications. Materials are not included. Additional charges apply for certain installations.

**11. PARTS**

We use original OEM parts. Replacement parts are covered under warranty within the specified period.

**12. RECOMMENDATIONS**

We are not responsible for work not performed by us, even if following our recommendations.

**13. WARRANTY**

Our 180-day warranty covers the same problem repaired. Conditions apply, and the warranty must be activated.

**14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**

Liability is capped at our service fees. Neither party is liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

**15. WARRANTY / EXTENDED WARRANTY / SERVICE CONTRACT**

You agree to pay for the repair if warranty providers fail to do so. Warranty activation requires feedback completion.

**16. DAMAGE WAIVERS**

We are not liable for damage resulting from appliance movement, water leaks, defective cooling, or glass cooktop lifting.

**17. REFUSAL OF SERVICE**

We reserve the right to refuse service due to customer behavior. Service call fees apply if service is refused.

**18. METHODS OF PAYMENT**

We accept credit cards and Visa/MasterCard debit only.

**19. REFUNDS**

All transactions are final unless authorized in writing. No returns are allowed without written approval.

**20. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS**

Customers agree not to dispute credit card charges. Dispute initiation may incur administrative fees.

**21. ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES AND INTEREST ACCRUAL FOR UNPAID INVOICES**

Late payments incur interest and administrative fees.

**22. COLLECTION COSTS**

Customers agree to reimburse legal fees and collection expenses.
