**Cancellation Policy**

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures for canceling appointments with “Appliances Repair Florida” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling an appointment, you agree to adhere to this Policy. It is your responsibility to acquaint yourself with this Policy before making an appointment.
**1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION**
All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Ensure you receive confirmation of the cancellation, including the date and time.
For cancellations after business hours, leave a detailed message with your name, address, and scheduled appointment time.
For same-day appointments, the minimum cancellation time is 4 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a cancellation fee.
**2. CANCELLATION FEES**
No cancellation fee will be charged if an appointment is canceled within the specified time frame.
If an appointment is canceled outside the specified time frame, the following cancellation fees apply:
– For electrical appliances: $89 + HST
– For gas appliances: $99 + HST
The cancellation fee will be invoiced, and payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
